Beautifully Unscripted | Big Hole Bead Trio

I think some of the most extraordinary things happen when we stop expecting everything to belong together.

When we discover that contrast isn’t necessarily opposition. That two completely different expressions of beauty can exist beside one another, each becoming a little more fascinating because of what surrounds it.

I love that about this trio.

Electric raspberry and deep magenta surround sweeping ribbons of violet and sapphire, while the center bead introduces an entirely different kind of magic. Luminous olive green, molten gold, and delicate lavender move through transparent layers, creating the feeling of sunlight traveling through something wonderfully alive.

And everywhere, the glass is moving.

Little spirals folding into themselves, tiny bubbles suspended in brilliant color, shimmering metallic details appearing and disappearing as the light changes.

Nothing about these beads feels perfectly orchestrated, and perhaps that is what makes them so captivating.

They remind me of the unexpected combinations we discover when we allow ourselves to explore beyond what is familiar. When curiosity becomes more interesting than certainty, and we realize that something doesn’t have to follow a recognizable pattern to become absolutely beautiful.

Sometimes the magic is in the things we never would have thought to put together.

And sometimes, those are the things that belong together most beautifully.
