Luminescent is a study in building light from inside the glass.

In this tutorial, I’m working with JetAge Studio Lumière Lusters, Oracle Black, and reactive Double Helix silver glass to create depth, movement, shifting color, and that beautiful illuminated quality that seems to glow from beneath the surface.

This lesson focuses on the way I combine these materials—not simply what goes where, but how I work them in the flame, how I protect and develop the reactions, what I’m watching for as the glass changes, and how the different layers affect the final color.

This is a pre-recorded tutorial

There is no live class time to attend.

Once you purchase Luminescent, you can watch the lesson whenever it works for you and return to the video as you work through the technique.

Helpful Prerequisite

Soleil Flame Chemistry

You do not have to take Flame Chemistry first, but having a working understanding of reduction, striking, atmosphere, and reactive silver glass will help you understand what I’m doing in the flame and why.
