This one feels like light moving through deep water.
Dark olive green gives the whole bead a moody base, while violet, cobalt and flashes of rainbow ribbon through it in soft sweeping curves. Then the gold catches—bright, molten little pockets that seem to float between the layers.
There are spirals tucked into the glass, tiny suspended bubbles, and places where the color opens up enough to let you see straight through the piece.
It has a quieter kind of drama than some of the others.
Deep water, moving color, and little flashes of gold hiding where the light finds them.
